MVR Cancer Centre, managing 10,000 new cancer cases annually, invites Expressions of Interest from internationally accredited organizations for a Turnkey Build-Operate-Share (BOS) partnership to establish and operate a State-of-the-Art Molecular Oncology Laboratory at par with world standards at the campus.
This is a non-procurement, long-term partnership where MVR Cancer Centre provides the dedicated physical space and high-volume clinical pipeline. The selected partner will execute the full turnkey build and operate the facility for an agreed contract duration, with income generated being shared between the partners.

Interested organizations must demonstrate strong financial capacity and proven experience in delivering full turnkey and managed service molecular diagnostics projects. Submissions should outline their proposed technical solution, the intended operational model, and financial readiness for this Build-Operate-Share model.

Respectfully called MVR, the late MV Raghavan was one of the revolutionary leaders of the Communist movement in Kerala. Born in an ordinary family in Pappinissery, Kannur, his political life began in his early teens. He served two terms as Minister of Co-operation and Ports in Kerala during 1991-1996 and 2001-2006. MVR revolutionized the co-operative sector by taking the people-powered movement to healthcare and education in the State. MV Raghavan realized the role of the co-operative movement in social development and job creation and he was instrumental in setting up various institutions in the state.
