The facility of cashless hospitalization offers immense benefits to patients. It provides the right to the insured patients to obtain admission and undergo any necessary treatment without the worry of direct payment. The assigned
TPA works as a prime point of communication between the healthcare organizations (Hospital) and the Insurance Company to settle the bills on behalf of the insured patients. (As per the IRDA guidelines, Insurance is a matter
of solicitation).
Every TPA has an agreement with several healthcare service providers, those are called Network Hospitals. In the cases of hospitalization, you will be eligible for cashless hospitalization at those Network Hospitals, subject
to the terms & conditions mentioned in your specific insurance policy.
