Before submitting the tender, the Bidder shall be deemed to have satisfied himself by actual Inspection of the site and available working area, local conditions etc., that are likely to be encountered during the execution of the works, and he shall be deemed to have taken all these factors into account while quoting his rates including.
All bidders must submit bids (in one set) on or before 4:00 PM on 15th February, 2023 (WEDNESDAY) in a sealed envelope.
Site Visit:-
The applicant is advised to visit the Hospital at his own cost and examine the site of work and its surroundings to collect information that he/she considers necessary for proper assessment of the prospective assignment
Pre-bid meeting: Scheduled on: 10/02/2023:
The timing for meeting is as given below:-
a)03:00 PM to 04:00 PM for Façade Cleaning
b)04:00 PM to 05:00 PM for Pest control
Proposal Submission Deadline: – 4:00 PM on 15th February, 2023
On or before 4:00 PM on 15th February, 2023, the closed tenders should be submitted to the office of Secretary, MVR Hospital. Pre-qualification and Price bid should be in separate envelopments. Please note that any commercial bid submitted via email will be disqualified automatically.Revert back in case any clarification needed.

MV RAGHAVAN
The Visionary
Respectfully called MVR, the late MV Raghavan was one of the revolutionary leaders of the Communist movement in Kerala. Born in an ordinary family in Pappinissery, Kannur, his political life began in his early teens. He served two terms as Minister of Co-operation and Ports in Kerala during 1991-1996 and 2001-2006. MVR revolutionized the co-operative sector by taking the people-powered movement to healthcare and education in the State. MV Raghavan realized the role of the co-operative movement in social development and job creation and he was instrumental in setting up various institutions in the state.
